I've been listening to the It's Blitz! album by the Yeah Yeah Yeah's all day. I'm trying to be creative for this weekend... Given that we love fashion here at Rebellionheirs, I came across some really breathtaking art work by Anneli Olander. She's an illustrator from Sweden & I am mad about her pieces. She works with different types of inks on fabriano paper (something I've never done) & adds a touch of water color. I was feeling a bit lazy, but once I stumbled upon Anneli's work, I must admit the creativity vibes started to bloom. Speaking of bloom, are you going to BLOOMFEST this weekend and visiting us? Because you should.

The opening reception of INSTANT GRATIFICATION: a polaroid party is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Friday August 7th, 2009 at the Hibbleton Gallery in Fullerton, California. Yes, Orange County, but you must admit that Polaroid has done wonders & made its mark in the art/photography world. Let's be grateful! This event also happens to coincide with the projected date of expiration for the Polaroid 600 Series.
So, lets bow our heads in remembrence of the Polaroid 600 Series.
...you will not be forgotten
